Nice New office space and location. Resume builder, as you have multiple hats to wear.

Cons

Overall company atmosphere for administrative staff is unorganized and even less motivating. No one celebrates your accomplishments they I lt highlight your flaws.

it is good to be employed during hard times.

Cons

It is a job not a career. Limited opportunity for professional development and promotion. Vacancies are filled from the outside friends. People slave hundreds of hours and overlooked. You must be an executive to have value. More importantly, you must be a former colleague of an executive to be employed.
