Pros

It is easy to get to using Dart. It started out with a family atmosphere, but that was lost when we sold 80% out to partners.

Cons

Glass ceiling. Slow to promote within. Local leaders have little corporate authority. Software is antiquated.

Friendly, laid back environment. No micro-managing.

Cons

Lot of work for little pay. Hence, the high-turnover rate. People disappear left and right with no notice. Makes your job even harder. Very minimal training and not the best benefits.
