The leads and program directors are very easy to talk to and are very willing to help you with any question you may have when it comes to the kiddo's program, your job, or even stepping stones to get higher in the company or in your career

Cons

Hard work, it's not the kiddo's fault but you need to be prepared to deal with aggression, constant elopement, tantrums. All part of the job.
