Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your dedication over the past 3-4 years. We are pleased to hear that you find your work as a FirstSteps RBT rewarding and that you appreciate and value your clinical mentors and leaders. Your acknowledgment of FirstSteps’ clinical excellence means a great deal, as we are committed to maintaining the highest standards in all that we do. We are also sorry to read of your recent concerns. While billing is necessary to sustain our operations, it is certainly not part of our company mission. Our primary focus and heart of our company remains on delivering exceptional ABA care to our clients while always supporting and prioritizing our entire team. We are committed to addressing the issues you shared and encourage you to reach out to the Clinic Director and/or our People & Purpose Team right away so we can address your concerns directly, ensure you feel heard and supported, and remedy any problems occurring. We genuinely appreciate your dedication and want to ensure that your experience here is positive and rewarding. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Pros

Working at FSFK is the best place to work at for ABA therapy because you first start off with a month of hands on paid training, plus a ton of support to become an RBT. After you passed the training, you are still not alone. You will always have a great team to go to for support. Everyone is approachable for anything even the bosses. Plus you get a mentor to always check in both personal and work related. The work environment is great, and your hours are always filled. If you want to work 40 hour weeks they will provide those 40 hours.

Cons

The only con really is if you get a late cancellation on an appointment you are sometimes not compensated for those hours. Last con is just driving when there is heavy Los Angeles traffic but nobody can control that.

Pros

Pay well + commute compensation.

Cons

Scheduling can get wonky, so make sure you clearly dictate your scheduling needs.
