The training process at FirstSteps is phenomenal. I felt extremely prepared going into the field after training. Even after the training period is over, the support you get from supervisors is great. I am very happy with my decision to work at FirstSteps.

FS is the perfect place to work for people who love kids, are passionate about evidence-based data-driven therapy, and enjoy a job where no two days are ever the same. Very little experience is required and the training is very thorough and staff is really supportive and pleasant to work with. I worked at the Walnut Creek location for two years and got promoted within my first year!
