Pros

Working at FSFK is the best place to work at for ABA therapy because you first start off with a month of hands on paid training, plus a ton of support to become an RBT. After you passed the training, you are still not alone. You will always have a great team to go to for support. Everyone is approachable for anything even the bosses. Plus you get a mentor to always check in both personal and work related. The work environment is great, and your hours are always filled. If you want to work 40 hour weeks they will provide those 40 hours.

Cons

The only con really is if you get a late cancellation on an appointment you are sometimes not compensated for those hours. Last con is just driving when there is heavy Los Angeles traffic but nobody can control that.

Pros

If you need a job that will give you hands on experience to get through grad school to become a BCBA then this is a good route to take.

Cons

This job is not for those looking to make a career out of it. This job is pretty much in place for those who are on the track to become a Behavior Specialist and pays you as such. They will take a lot of your time and it's only worth it if you need to get hands on experience working with children or other Behavior Specialists to advance your own career.
