Management was often indecisive, saying one thing while doing another. Management was quick to cast blame on subordinates for their own oversights. Training was a pointless waste of time. Raises were often promised but postponed.

I worked for 3 yrs and when the contract expired they just let us go and didn't try to place us and know they are hiring and not calling back the people they laid off.
