Even if open positions for higher management they hire outside versus internally. Communication between departments is terrible! Since contract based with hospitals if contract ends you need to relocate in other openings. Don't expect large bonus at all.

no good smoking area no area to rest when on breaks, other then the cafeteria or the games room. office to compact stupid regulation of not allowing mobiles on floor, when managers can take them. (rules are for all, not just the lower employees)
