      Every Company has its cons, Please don't expect huge salaries from First Source but still you can have a good life with the salary you get.

      Company has some genuine Team Leaders apart from that nothing much and has a good HR team.

      Cons

      Previously everything was systematic inb RMZ now its like nothng works in place at right time apart from Tranport and HR team.
