      Friendly people, decent pay for a call center

      Considering the work being done, the lack of knowledge of the supervisors on the floor was very scary to me.

      Friendly coworkers, alot of hours, manageable work

      Cons

      Management sucks. You get to have no life. Because there is so much turnover, you have to pick up the extra slack. Managers are no help at all and think just because they buy you food, it makes up for 10-12+ hour shifts.

      Pros

      The other co-workers. Guess adversity makes people bond. Not much else. They are a sweat shop and not much else.

      Cons

      Lack of specific training, small workstations, micromanagement, low pay, below par benefits, a sweat shop disguised as a financial service provider, negative re-enforcement.
