Pros

- Awesome Team: The team I work with is incredible. Colleagues are supportive, talented, and make the workplace enjoyable despite the challenges. - Growth Potential: There’s a chance for personal and professional growth if you can navigate the hurdles effectively.

Cons

- Unrealistic Deadlines: Management sets unattainable deadlines that show a lack of consideration for employee well-being. - Lack of Clear Guidelines: Employees often lack clear directions, leading to confusion and frustration in day-to-day tasks. - Insufficient Training: Employees are thrown into their roles with little to no training, forcing them to fend for themselves. - Work-Life Balance Myth: The company's claim of valuing work-life balance is misleading, as employees routinely work over 40 hours a week without acknowledgment. - Growing Dissatisfaction: I've honestly started looking for employment elsewhere due to the unsustainable atmosphere and mismanagement.

Pros

- Strong opportunities for growth and skill-building across a wide range of engineering challenges. - Hybrid work schedule (in-office Tues–Thurs, WFH on Mon and Fri) offers flexibility. - Supportive environment where employee feedback is heard and valued. - Encouragement to create and join Employee Resource Groups fosters community and inclusivity. - Diverse technical projects—rarely working on the same thing twice, which keeps the work fresh and engaging.

Cons

- High workload and consistently tight deadlines can be stressful at times. - Work is fast-paced, and there’s rarely downtime, which may not suit everyone.
