      It's nice to have owners and senior management know who you are and talk to you like a human being.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my job with Fisher Associates. I was provided with a laptop, cell phone and work truck for field work. The work itself was interesting and I enjoyed being able to split the time between field and office work. My direct supervisor was actively involved even though I worked remotely. Unfortunately when the oil and gas industry slowed down they ran out of work for me.

      Lack of work. Poor contingency plan.
