Coworkers try to help each other, and genuinely want to help the clients
Cons
Client dictate practice and process, each client gets their own way of doing things. Not many standards across clients. When you try to identify a standard process that could be laid out for all clients, it falls on deaf ears. You can identify problems across the company and try to find solutions for them, but it won't be heard.
