Not competitive pay. Little Growth opportunities.

Run from this place, what the executive team says and what they do are completely opposite of one another. Micromanaging is wild here, prepare to have everything you do, including bathroom breaks, be questioned. Doesn't speak highly for their hiring managers if they are hiring individual people that can't be trusted to do things right. They talk a good game, once they have you in, the treat you poorly, they spin everything to match their narrative. Pay is so low which with the new space they occupy and as much $ as they throw out on lunches, decorations, etc., is insulting to their employees.
