My Worst Work Experience

Pros

Meals were discounted 40% off for management

Cons

Toxic work environment stemming from a lack of leadership and professionalism. No one takes their role seriously, constant gossip between higher-ups and lower ranking employees. Fitlife does not invest in their employees, benefits are insanely expensive, leadership is never present, and zero growth opportunity. With better leadership and a better owner, this could have been a great company. Happy to say I moved on.
