The work environment is very lax, there are always exciting events within the community to participate in, and the personable relationships you develop with customers.

Cons

The pay, no bonus's (or ones that are always out of reach), no insurance for full time workers, and corporate/ home office is very disorganized.

Cons

You worked in a huge room that is like a big refrigerator 40 degrees the entire time you're in there 8 hours sometimes more
