Pros

The hours are great. Values are really good. Work concept is pretty great too.

Cons

Wish everyone hirer up would live up to the company's values. A lot of favoritism. If you aren't apart of the "elite group" of the company you will be tossed away! Not much room for growth within the company.

Pros

-Store level management is great. At my location, manager was flexible and very understanding of my changing class schedule. In store team are all pretty young so we have a lot of fun. You also get some free food during most shifts.

Cons

The pay isn't great so it's only appropriate for students. Company has no idea what it's doing so policies change every other week and turnover is very high. Lots of down time in the store. Owner is always in the store... not someone you want to have to deal with.
