Not worth the headache

Pros

Free meal during shift, chill coworkers, great CSL.

Cons

Where to start, for one I see the stress that comes from upper management pushing down on the CSL. They’re expected to hit these sales targets without any support. Only thing they have it their “proven process”. If it was as proven as they claim it is maybe they’d actually have profitable stores. Bonus is impossible to hit unless you get a lot of traffic. They don’t take any measures to focus on struggling stores. Only meetings to discuss the what’s going wrong and to follow the proven process. They Gaslight and offer weak handed support. Tell you to take ownership but won’t own up to the fact that they only focus on their profiting stores. All other ones be dammed, they can always hire a new sales associate or CSL. I left because there was no growth and quite frankly. I wouldn’t want the CSL position anyway with how they treat them. Basically they have unrealistic sales targets that consistently get harder to reach all while maintaining the same level of weak handed support and continue to expect you to meet or exceed the sales standards. HR is disingenuous and preachy but won’t follow through on those standards they preach about.
