They’re honestly just a good entry level fitness job. Hard to grow unless they open a gym near you, and they’re not in NC

-barely any hours are given, I got 12 hours a week. 12!!! It isnt even covering my gas. -management team and higher ups are unprofessional. They dont care about you only when it affects them. -HR is just as bad. One complaint and they will let you go. -They will ask you to do tasks thats out of your job description, and when you bring it up to management they'll take away your hours. -Southpark mall fitness connection is terrible. Glad i left. -NOT WORTH WORKING HERE!
