You will be able to launch your fitness career here with all the learning and development they put their teammates through.

Cons

Lot of hours need to be worked in order to fully benefit from the growth opportunities. Once you're manager and salaried, they can overwork you and not bat an eye. The company play cycles monthly so you're consistently feeling overworked and understaffed. Work/Life balance is difficult once you move up due to most of the club's issues being dropped on you at any given time of the day even when you're off.
