Very flexible with schedules at the corporate office. Working hard to improve culture. Team oriented. Benefits have improved. The executive team is working very hard to make Fitness Connection an awesome place to work.

Cons

Company wide communication needs improvement. Need a retirement plan.

the only con would be the some times rude costumers but that is something you cant ever avoid in costumer service.
