Pros

Gym membership is the only perk. You can work out at work. That is all I can honestly say. Other than that, it sucks

Cons

Everything, upper management is weak, business model is terrible, everything about this company is unethical, they are a joke, work is mindless

Pros

Flexible schedule. Great opportunity for new and experienced trainers. Sales team works with PT department to build client base. Club also offers training workshops and CE's for current certifications. Many avenues for trainers 1 on 1, small group, and group x classes. Management makes an effort to supply trainers with the education, and resources needed to help the trainer succeed, which in turn helps members achieve their goals.

Cons

Very high volume of members especially during peak times. Can create a challenge when training
