Long hours, unattainable goals, constant pressure from upper management (even when you're doing well), inconsistent pricing for clients and members, very low pay for the work load, no PTO or sick days, and pointless meetings you have to drive an hour or more to get to

Great training atmosphere during corporate visits the working at the gym is a great atmosphere.

Cons

Unrealistic numbers they will give you to get people to join. Very high turn over rare in sales position. also for the amount of pressure put on you to sale and all the changing schedules during the week pay should least be 12 bucks not 10. They will milk you. You will be making a lot of phone calls and talking to a lot of people everyday. Also your mangers will be brainwashed to give you false hope everyday like they care but they do not. Do your job and you will be fine just make sure you meet your numbers each day and you will be treated fair. Also you receive no discount on any supplements you do get to work out thier for free pay is weird to it's the 10 th and the 24th be sure to set up direct deposite. Also be ready for verbal abuse if you work in lewisville.
