They only care about sales

Pros

Memberships are cheap and free membership

Cons

- They refuse to give raises unless you move up in the company - They expect you to give their life up for your job - The kids club is not up to date in technology (which would make it easier for the teacher and parent/all the other kids clubs have computers for signing in) - Management only notices the negatives - The kids club is below 65 degrees every day, yet they are debating whether they should fix it or not - Teachers aren't appreciated like they should be and get in trouble sometimes when a child misbehaves - Children are sometimes mistreated and yelled at - Once the sale is made, they don't care about the customer - A lot of career opportunities because most don't stay
