Poor pay, bad management, treated like robot.

Extremely reactive company, systems are manual and out of date with no OTB at the buyer level, afraid of change and improving processes, mantra is "this is the way we have always done it, so why change it, tried it before and it did not work", MM's micromanage and are threatened by talented buyers rather then letting them own their own business, there is no team feeling in the merchandising department, adversity and competition is actually almost encouraged causing discourse and an unhealthy working environment among buying teams. Very unprofessional, dishonest individuals that do not know how to treat or manage people, let alone run a business. For a company this young so many people shouldn't be leaving all the time...BIG red flag.
