Explosive growth, ability to contribute, always feel valued, the message of what's expected is very clear. Fanatical focus on excellence.

Cons

There really isn't a downside. The opportunity to grow and flourish is there for the taking. It is very exciting to be on a quest to grow the brand and culture to more countries and serve different cultures.
