Pros
Everyone at five star is very friendly and great to work with. The common goal is to succeed, so your co workers/management does everything in their power to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. The ownership of the company is very generous and will make sure you feel appreciated and know that your hard work will not go unnoticed. The schedule can be busy at times, but that’s typical with every manufacturing company out there. All of the facilities at five star are very clean, climate controlled, and easy to get around. Everyone minus office employees typically work 4-10 hour days with optional overtime on Fridays, which is great to have a minimum of 2.5 day weekends. It’s exciting that I get to make parts for the racing industry, automotive industry, SpaceX and more!
