Free work schedule, open environment, friendly HR, and staff. Training was through and trainer and other employees are extremely encouraging and helpful.

Long work days with short breaks

Got moved few days after being hired to a different department I wasn’t told about. Told Fridays were optional overtime but they are “mandatory to keep your job”
