- Great product, you don't need to lie about how good the software is because it's great and actually works. - Amazing travel opportunities - Everyone is focused on winning and serving our customers in the best possible way

- Internal tech stack for sales needs to be improved.

Hi there, Baran here. Thanks for your advice to management. I'm aware we need to do better on providing a more structured career path to people so everyone knows where they stand. We have a long way to go on that front in terms of processes and documentation. There are a lot of pros to NOT having a strict process, because it allows for superstars to grow faster and not be limited to what the process says, but it doesn't mean we cannot have any transparency. We plan to work it this year to introduce a little more maturity. Thanks for sharing it.

Pros

You'll find the team to be on their toes all the time and try to build something exciting. People look out for each other and are very tight knit and supportive.

Cons

Might be intimidating sometimes but founders are reasonable enough to hear and solve the concerns. First initial months are gonna be super intense but is a smooth sail afterwards.

- Internal processes sometimes are chaotic - Quite a heavy workload sometimes
