The job itself is perfect, but the management is HORRIBLE.

Pros

Flagstar bank the pay is amazing, and the job itself is extremely easy to work at.

Cons

The management is horrible, they are never wanting to fix their mistakes and only want to scold and blame it on you. The systems are outdated and they don't pay you for tech issues but will make you sit on the phone with IT for 2+ hours UNPAID.

Work from home. Thats it.

Cons

Awful technology. Behind the industry by at least 10 years. In house system crashes constantly. Processors cut corners regularly and often emails and requests will go unanswered for days. Other departments are slow so you have to budget time to accommodate there lack of urgency.. Feedback is few and far between and is ambiguous when given.

Good benefits, good employee stock purchase program, diversity, increased 401k company match for the last 2 years.

Cons

Leadership is always trying to impress the higher ups with introducing new things instead of working on the things that need improvement. This is every organization, not just here.
