      Pros

      The people (the newer ones at least) are awesome. The work environment has s great. The perks are pretty great. Catered lunch, unlimited snacks, flexible hours, working from home, unlimited (theoretically) vacation

      Cons

      Everything else. This company grew way too big way to fast for its own good. The people that were there at it's inception are honestly the only ones that are truly happy and content with their jobs. And this beauee the sky is the limit for them. They can do no wrong and they will just keep running the company until it sinks (which at this rate, it's bound to) The rest of us are there only to help the company and the veterans make no money. With absolutely zero prospect of career development or growth. No training or mentorhsip whatsoever. Once you're here, they couldn't care less about you.

      Pros

      Flatiron's mission to cure cancer is very exciting. Top leadership is not just brilliant, but humble and approachable. This, I believe, reflects the best of Flatiron. The company has unique values that not only make us better employees, but better people.

      Cons

      Due to the growing headcount, there's been constant changes in a short amount of time. When instructions keep changing or are conflicting, it's hard to commit to anything.

      Pros

      The mission is so impactful - you never question why you're here. The company has a very "flat" hierarchy and culture so you can get information from who you need to. The founders (Nat and Zach) are great leaders. Everyone is very bright. Free lunches! Great workspace and location. Lots of fun company events. The company is very transparent and pushes forward in diversity and inclusion within the company and in hiring.

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly, so experiencing some growing pains (who makes decisions? who needs to be involved? how do we organize and communicate?), but ultimately looking at all the right things.
