      Progressive Downslide Since CEO Took Over

      Unlimited time vacation off available

      Upper leadership is absolutely underqualified to run the company. They had started a RCM division that was run into the ground and sold off. Promotions, hiring, raises and bonuses are clique related. Last year there were layoffs and now it is random firing. Managers are allowed to fire adhoc and who they want. You can have tons of documentation backing your stance and against the manager of your team. HR does not care. Recently all perks were taken away. Seems as though financially they are having issues.

      Very smart people, Stock options, Great location, Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The company would much rather hire new talent than develop the talent internally. This often leads to managers knowing much less about the product than their direct reports.

      - Competitive compensation packages - Unlimited PTO - Overall good people work here

      Cons

      - Like the rest of the tech industry, there are cuts being made to budget and it is really thinning our productivity - Everyone is on edge on possible layoffs - Reorgs happen frequently - Some people on teams are on-call constantly fueling to burn-out
