- Fantastic executive team. Tough, but dynamic, talented and maintaining a good working environment with no political BS and back stabbing (RARE!!!) - Successful company = stability + money to invest on new projects - Work hard and the sky is the limit... There are many opportunities available and if you work hard, you can pretty much build your own career path.. - Work from anywhere policy - They actually get rid of the rotten apples...

Cons

Working with R&D offices in 3 locations is challenging (USA, Norway, China) from a communication and schedule perspective

Challenging and dynamic work environment...I learn something new every day! You will work with amazingly talented people at all levels of the organization and in many countries around the world.

Cons

As mentioned above, it is a challenging and dynamic work environment. If that frustrates you, then this may not be the place for you. My advice is to ask questions if you don't understand something - your managers are happy to help and sometimes they move too fast to communicate as well as they may like to.

This is a very progressive, flexible company where working remotely is a regular thing. The customer base is tremendous, and there are a lot of opportunities for talented people

Cons

The headcount rises and falls with the flow of contracts, so don't expect long term job security when you work there
