Some good people work there, not sure why they stay, would receive more appreciation and compensation elsewhere.

Cons

Concern with quality is skin deep; things must look and sound good, but accuracy and usability are unimportant. Some abusive managers. The metric is everything, leading to insufficient time to produce good quality material. General sweat shop atmosphere.

Really good people to work with; decent salaries; good benefits; company has the desire to grow in a positive direction and could be a great company if the growth is managed properly.

Cons

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing; NO communication; Sr Management has weak management skills; they sacrifice the strength of the infrastructure to gain power. Top heavy.
