Cons

Poor communication at all levels. The training and development of employees are not a priority. Mid and senior level management lack necessary skills and experience yielding incompetency. Ineffective HR practices, borderline illegal and unethical. Compensation inequality is apparent. Growth opportunities exist, however, the compensation does not meet the demand of the position therefore promotions are not worth it.

Some good people work there, not sure why they stay, would receive more appreciation and compensation elsewhere.

Cons

Concern with quality is skin deep; things must look and sound good, but accuracy and usability are unimportant. Some abusive managers. The metric is everything, leading to insufficient time to produce good quality material. General sweat shop atmosphere.
