      Pros

      Loved working at Fleet Feet through college. I worked at the Raleigh store, great team atmosphere, products, training, and customer focus.

      Cons

      There were limited opportunities for advancement long-term in my particular area. Really though in just a couple of more years there would have been more opportunity. No complaints.

      Talking with consumers all day. High Energy atmosphere. Helping the community get healthier. Free gear so you are motivated yourself to sell and grow physically and professionally. Work-Life balance.

      Cons

      If the above is what you're looking for in a career then I would say there are no cons. It's a great place to start, grow and even branch out into other areas of the running realm.
