      Pros

      Great network of people, community involvement, relaxed and fun atmosphere, good pay considering all other benefits.

      Cons

      Working odd retail hours (saturdays, sundays, evenings) - nothing you wouldn't expect from a retail job though.

      Cons

      Focus tends to be more on sales and hitting performance goals rather than educating customers. Upper level management lacks ability to communicate regularly with lower level management.

      Pros

      Everyone is kind and wants you to succeed. They are genuinely interested in making sure your staff is adequately trained and up on all the new products and shoes being released.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains. Sometimes I thought there wasn't a clear structure within the main office.
