Pros

Great atmosphere to be a part of if you like the running world. Bosses are extremely helpful and there's a good relationship with the local running community.

Cons

The store gets very busy on the weekends and there's a very high standard for performance, but that is the price to pay to work for a company that's successful in retail specialty.

the stores and perks are amazing! Gear hand outs, great discounts, races, and more. The running community in Chicago is better for Fleet Feet Sports.

Cons

The management was not worried about on-the-floor staff, it was always too difficult or intimidating to talk to them if something was amiss.
