      Pros

      Good working conditions. Good benefits Great place to learn. Fast paced enviornment

      Cons

      Top heavy with mangers with little or no skill sets to effectively manage their teams. "Good ole boy" culture still prevails. Some resistance to innovative approach to problem solving\alternative solutions. Do not get too comfortable with your job, layoffs come in waves. Job performance has little to do with who gets laid off. Do not become a squeaky wheel, you will be replaced.

      Semi flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Huge lack of communication, everyone is out only for themselves, ridiculous workload and lack of employees. Lack of ability to grow and move up. Boss wont listen to recommendations or use the skills your good at.
