Pros
Lack of structure creates ability to set own schedule, sometimes to a fault.
Cons
Shoot from the hip cowboy mentality. No priority set except for flavor (BIG! customer) of the day. Big decisions are done and reversed almost in parallel. Analytics rarely used for direction. Finance runs the company, ran mainly still as a CM mentality never investing into the future with development or IP. Always retreating back to traditional CM mentality. No inovativation, no investment to innovate.
