Poor Management. Turnover of good, solid, smart people is rampant - particularly if they are over a "certain age"

Productive salesforce with ability to integrate new offerings(acquisitions) into its sales portfolio.

Needs to improve employee development program as the offering portfoio becomes larges and more complex
