      Pros

      The atmosphere is very friendly. You are given a lot of independence to do your job. Senior employees are very accessible when you need assistance.

      Cons

      The salary was on the lower end of what similar companies pay. Benefits were also minimal. Company seems to be capped out in terms of growth.
