      Dynamic, Exciting, Fun Place to work

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good teams of talented individuals, good corporate values, growing at a nice pace, not a political environment, employees are empowered to do their jobs, market leader in their solution areas. Interested in employee feedback. Small enough so that you don't feel like a "number", but large enough to invest in the right areas.

      Cons

      Not a good atmosphere for people who are more comfortable in slower paced companies or people who want to fade into the background.

      Huge growth potential for the both the company and the employees

      Pros

      Highly motivated employee base and executive team. Huge opportunities for career growth. Flexera software is a company with amazing products that Software Vendors and Enterprises really need. The company is growing rapidly and cares about its employees personal and professional success.

      Cons

      Brand recognition: the Market isn't as familiar with our name, Flexera Software. However thanks to the marketing organization and the sales team, that's changing rapidly.
