The company is headed in the right direction. Replacing many of the leaders who were keeping the company from being progressive.

Good salary & bonus with one of the best benefits packages in Belfast Great office culture & people to work with in a nice office , including other global teams Brilliant Site lead in Belfast Office Good Home/Work life balance Flexibility & scope to work on different projects/teams The career opportunities within Flexera are vast

Pros

The BDNA acquisition injected some significant technology into Flexera. The BDNA team from top to bottom was a complete joy to work with on all levels.

Cons

Whereas BDNA relied on hiring self-starters and not over-managing anyone, Flexera may lean towards micro management. Innovation is iffy.

Agree that the BDNA team, who joined Flexera last year via acquisition, has been a wonderful addition to our culture. Agree as we grow we need to avoid mico-management and keep allowing people to shine - that's where we get our best work.
