      Pros

      They spend a lot of money on keeping their employees happy with free food, alcohol, special training.

      Cons

      I had a boss who said they never hired a mom with a child before and didn’t understand why I had to take any time off for caring for my sick son.

We do promote a healthy work/ life balance, a flexible/hybrid work environment, and offer unlimited time off in the US. Please get in touch with my team, as I would like to address this.       The best work culture I have ever experienced

      Pros

      Really great group of people from the midwest. Everyone is there to help each other as a team and as a family. Lots of flexibility for time off since it is unlimited and even have days where there will be no meetings allowed. Very happy with working at Flexera.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons to be honest, but I would say the opportunity to increase your pay is fairly low. It seems to be only about 3% year over year, so it makes it hard to stay loyal. I have also noticed the majority of the company is white and I don't really see a lot of diversity in terms of the race at the company. The company isn't against it by any means, but I just haven't noticed much of it.

We strive to provide great benefits including unlimited PTO, wellness credit, student loan repayment assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, a large selection of healthcare plan, and parental leave, just to name a few. Furthermore, we are actively working on increasing the racial diversity of Flexera. In 2023 we have launched a BIPOC ERG, Diversity Ambassador program, and a diversity focused Internship program. We will continue to work toward creating an employee base that matches the diverse world in which we do business.

      Good communication from Executives, Good efforts to make it a fun working environment.

      Cons

      New leaders always bring in their own choice employees regardless of their experience or knowledge of the industry. This means your job may be gone.
