      Pros

      Established company with some strong products. Solid training. Have a strong base of Clients from across all verticals. Have a good foothold.

      Cons

      Rigid working environment and rely too heavily on their cash cow FlexNet product line. Acquisition of Palamida was a mistake. Quite a bit of attrition lately.

      Pros

      Great vision to transform the market led by a top CEO and SLT. The company has a real focus and is going places.

      Cons

      To be honest, this is the best team I have worked with in 12 years of working for software companies. No cons.
