      Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear you feel valued (and compensated). The timezone challenge has come up a lot lately - especially around work/life balance. We have a newly formed DEI group working on geographical inclusion. Look for information on that in Teams. We actually met today on my team and are also working on creating a template to help Managers know the best times to schedule meetings when working with Global teams.       - Supportive of progression - flexible working options - competitive salary - Genuinely listen to what employees do NOT like and put in the work to do something about it

      Cons

      - No merit this year - which is understandable considering the current global pandemic
