      OK job with no real challenges

      Pros

      The job was low stress, the office amenities were nice, the health benefits were pretty generous.

      Cons

      The growth potential was extremely low, I had 8 different managers over 3 years, and the innovation in the software products seemed mediocre.

      Pros

      Most products have strong market share. The office atmosphere and teammates are very friendly. Stable corporate income gives a feeling of security. Performance reviews are fair, transparent, and well-managed. Managers trust and respect their reports, flexible schedules are possible, insane hours are not expected, and vacation is generous with enough seniority. Professionals do not abuse this flexibility, probably due to good "team spirit."

      Cons

      New projects are sometimes under-allocated resources. Engineering is a bit heavy on process over action and is definitely risk-averse. Employees are, on average, less than "very satisfied" with their opportunities for growth and development.

      Pros

      Culture of creativity supporting being self-initiative. Excellent team work culture. Very strong support from all angles of Flexera Software to succeed in selling. Great pool of experience and professionalism to learn and benefit from.

      Cons

      Some hick ups in certain admin areas. Some room for improvement at marketing especially regarding respecting customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
