      Good salary poor progression opportunities

      Basic salary very good, good community vibe, employee wellbeing at the forefront.

      Cons

      Poor progression opportunities, hiring decisions not always well thought through, I have seen many good workers sacked due to poor strategy and planning.

      Pros

      - Chance to work with a variety of different technologies. (Majority of OS's, Many languages C++, C#, GoLang, Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS and SQL to name a few) - Complex SLO product, for something to really get your teeth stuck into. - Supportive colleagues. - Great office culture. - Access to plenty of learning resources. - Good benefits. - Achievement recognition.

      Cons

      - There is some opportunities to specialize but for the most part specialization is difficult when working with such a large and varied product. - Personal development you have to mostly take into your own hands for the most part.
