Cons

salary is quite average in comparison with similar product companies,higher management is quite clueless regarding the product future.

Since more than 5 years Flexera shows me everyday that people come first. Management listens to your asks and needs and everybody is just ready to help. It feels like almost everybody at Flexera is ready to go the extra mile and willing to help across all boards. Flexera is living the chance always trying to evolve in a way that is best for their customers AND employees. They show appreciation like no other company. I am thrilled and thankful to get the chance to be a part of Flexera.

Cons

Are you able to work in a fast changing environment delivering best in class technology? Then there are no cons about Flexera. If you are able to adapt to the way Flexera lives and breathes it will be the most wonderful company you ever worked for.
